I will make this long story short. My Daughter-in-law recently lost her Mother. We are in two different cities I ordered flowers to be delivered, then asked that they be left since no one was home and then realized I had an incorrect address. I called the number and talked to the person who originally delivered the flowers and he, on his own time, picked up the flowers (people still not home) and delivered them to my Daughter-in-law.
