A Little about "Us"...
Business came into full bloom with the opening of the first Just Roses store in March 1989 located in Kennewick, WA. The business operation was flourishing and profitable. This success prompted the opening of the second store in August 1989, located in Richland, WA. The cycle continued . . . stores were opened in Pasco, WA. September 1990; Walla Walla, WA. January 1991; and Wenatchee in May of 1999.
The franchise stores currently total eight with many prospects. Boise, ID is home to two stores started in March 1992. Our Spokane WA. franchise has four stores. They opened their doors in August 1992, September 1993 and November 1995 in Spokane and opened a Just Roses in Coeur d'Alene ID in April 1995.
From 1989 to present, we have sold well over two million stems of roses. Proving Just Roses to be a very successful business.
What is in the name? . . . Just Roses?
Answer: A lot! The Just Roses name means "the highest quality Roses at the lowest possible price, no middleman and friendly service. No middleman means that roses are shipped directly from the grower to Just Roses locations. These
intelligible factors work together as the basic keys to the Just Roses success.

Your initial investment in the Just Roses Franchise begins with $30,000.00 to $50,000.00 in working capital. This amount varies, depending upon the city your store will be located, building rent, signs and the types of fixtures you choose.
Keep in mind the need to include an advertising budget in your working capital. This will allow you to get off to a good start and follow-up consistently in the advertising market.
In addition to your working capital, the Just Roses franchise fee is $12,500.00. It includes all benefits mentioned in "What you get being a franchise of Just Roses ". The royalty fee is only 2.0 percent (2%) which is based on your gross sales and due monthly.
